Nike Free 5.0 Fit 5 Print

Hi everyone, this is my first product review so please go easy on me! I’d like to thank to Fitness Footwear for asking me to review their fantastic Nike Free 5.0 Fit 5 in a cool black and white.

I’m fairly new to running and you can read more on my profile page about that I guess. I’ve never been brand led when it comes to running makes. Up until recently I’ve always ran in very unsupportive, barefoot style running shoes. However after suffering some mild ankle pain recently, I decided I needed a change.

I wanted to find a shoe that was still lightweight and flexible, like the shoes I’ve been used to but I also wanted a shoe with more support and comfort. The Nike Free’s were just that! For such a lightweight shoe I couldn’t believe how comfortable they were.

The Nike Free 5.0 have just the right amount of cushioning to make running really comfortable without the shoe feeling at all bulky. This in turn has had a positive impact on my running pace.

My usual running route is a loop around the housing estate where I live. There’s a mixture of terrains to be honest and the Nike Free’s felt great on grass, gravel and mud. I wasn’t really happy about the mud part so I made sure I washed them as soon as I got home!

If none of this was enough they just look amazing! Coolest running shoe I’ve ever owned.

About Erin Stewart

I started running after having my first child in 2009. I wanted to get fit again, have some time to myself and in the long run set a good example for my daughter. Now three children later I have managed to keep up with my running and am also really in to cycling. I completed the C2C in 2011.
