Following a big fall out with running, something along the lines of a divorce! This now 30+ something year old former sports lecture is now in the market for casual power walking and slow paced running to regain my health. In particular to maximise my fat burning and improve my overall cardiovascular health. If this relationship lasts I’ll make it an engagement to run!

I studied Sports Science and Nutrition at University along with various courses on the award winning GB Fitness programme.This really pushed my knowledge in this field further. I also hold various Chek Institute Awards, Training for Warriors Level 1, UKSCA level 2, Level 2 and 3 Gym PT Awards as well as a PGCE.
