Since having my three children I feel running and cycling are the easiest ways for me to keep fit and healthy.
I started running after having my first child in 2009. I wanted to get fit again, have some time to myself and in the long run set a good example for my daughter.
Now three children later I have managed to keep up with my running and am also really in to cycling. I completed the C2C in 2011.
I’m not really sure what the future holds. I guess to remain fit and healthy is a good start!
